John Armstrong Drexel, a grandson of testator, Anthony J. Drexel, having recently died (1958) without issue, the question arises as to the distribution of the share of income previously paid him. Testator, who was a well known banker and philanthropist, left a large estate at his death in 1893. Income from his residuary trust was shared equally by four children, and the issue of deceased children per stirpes, until the death of testator...
