The People have appealed from a judgment for the defendant which followed the sustaining of his demurrer to the information without leave to amend. Count I of the information charges that defendant violated section 580 of the Business and Professions Code in that on or about June 6, 1956, he "... did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously sell, barter, and offer to sell to A. Arthur Lasky a Naturopathic degree and certificate made and purporting to be made...
