This action arose out of the sale of 180 feeder pigs by plaintiff (appellant) to defendant at plaintiff's home town of Carpenter, Iowa, on March 3, 1954. Plaintiff had bought 240 feeder pigs in Arkansas and caused them to be trucked to his sales barn at Carpenter where he showed them for sale to defendant.
