MILLER, Justice.

Marshall Hufham, owner and occupant of a Buick automobile that was being driven by his brother, Leroy Hufham, was severely injured when that car collided with a Chevrolet sedan occupied by Joseph Butler Pierce, Joseph Thomas Wiggins, and Early Anderson Whittaker. Leroy Hufham, Joseph Butler Pierce, owner of the Chevrolet car, and Joseph Thomas Wiggins died as a result of the collision.
