Suter seeking to set aside on the ground of fraud and deceit a contract of purchase by Hampton of an automobile garage and agency and to recover $35,000 damages. Relief from a promissory note and other incidentals of the transaction were prayed. Suter defended the virtue and legality of the sale and incidental transactions, pleaded res judicata and counterclaimed a recovery of a considerable sum...
