Plaintiffs (appellants) commenced a suit against defendant to quiet title to and obtain possession of a half section of land. Defendant filed her answer and a cross petition in which she sought to set aside a warranty deed upon which plaintiffs' title was predicated and to have herself decreed to be the owner of the land in question.
