On December 20, 1956, the deceased, Alden G. Roach, died as the result of accidental injuries. He left a will dated March 19, 1956, in which the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Los Angeles was named as executor, as trustee of a trust created under the will, and as guardian of his minor children.
