This suit is for workmen's compensation benefits. The injured employee's compensation award was limited in duration to May 22, 1958. By this appeal, he seeks an increase based upon alleged disability continuing beyond this date. His employer and its compensation insurer, the defendants-appellees, filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. In the alternative, by answer they pray for reversal of the judgment below...
