This is an action by the plaintiff Norman M. Iverson, doing business as Western Motels and Investments, to recover a commission of seventeen thousand dollars in connection with an agreement for the exchange of properties between Guy E. Peterman and his wife, and A.J. Pomatto and his wife. The Petermans will hereinafter be referred to as Peterman (also respondent) and the Pomattos as Pomatto.
