This matter is before the court on an appeal from the probate of a will of decedent, Mary Maturiz. The will as probated is dated January 31, 1927, and decedent died October 13, 1956. By that will, testatrix devised her entire estate to her husband, Mike Maturiz. However, Mike Maturiz predeceased testatrix.
