Appeal by respondents from a decree of the circuit court of Tuscaloosa County, in equity, overruling their demurrer to appellee's bill of complaint seeking specific performance of an option to purchase real estate.

In short, appellants insist that "the purported option is so vague, indefinite and uncertain as to be unenforceable" and that it "has not been accepted by the appellee." We are unable to agree with either contention. Our conclusion...
