This is an action in equity to invalidate and enjoin enforcement of an ordinance of a second class township which declares automobile "drag-strip" racing and certain collateral incidents thereof to be a nuisance and unlawful. Plaintiffs are the individual owners of land within the township upon which a "drag-strip" is in the process of construction, and also the unincorporated association which has leased the same from the owners...
