This is a slip and fall case. Plaintiff, appellee, alleged that she parked her car in the middle of the 100 Block of East 6th Street in Austin, stepped out of her car on the street side and started around to the curb. She alleged that she slipped on paint placed by employees of defendant, appellant City of Austin, to renvew the marking of parking stalls. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiff.
