This is an action for a declaratory judgment brought by Wayne LeGate, as plaintiff, against American National Bank of Amarillo, Texas, Universal C. I. T. Credit Corporation, and J. H. Webster, as defendants. It is the contention of LeGate that he secured a good title to the automobile in question from Eugene Hayden.
