In this diversity action defendant, an Iowa corporation, moves for an order dismissing the action on the ground of lack of jurisdiction over the person. Service of process on defendant was attempted by serving William H. Knapp, a Vice-President of Rocke International Corporation (hereafter "Rocke"). Rocke is concededly amenable to service of process. In addition, it is conceded that service of process upon Knapp effectuates service of process...
