Judgment insofar as it convicts defendant of the crime of burglary, third degree, reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted, and judgment insofar as it convicts defendant of petit larceny affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of the crime of burglary in the third degree and the crime of petit larceny. The two charges were wholly unrelated. The petit larceny charge was based upon the claim that the defendant had stolen a wrist watch...
