This is a proceeding to test the legality of a borough ordinance fixing specified holidays for all salaried employes of the borough. The action is pursuant to The Borough Code of May 4, 1927, P. L. 519, sec. 1010, as amended, 53 PS § 46010, which provides: "Complaint as to the legality of any [borough] ordinance . . . may be made to the court of quarter sessions, . . . by any person aggrieved. . . ."
