On June 26, 1958, plaintiff purchased an automobile from H. E. Wagner Motor Sales, one of the defendants, for the sum of $1,195. He alleges said automobile was warranted to be "in excellent mechanical condition and fit for the intended use of the plaintiff as a family car . . ."
