The appellant, plaintiff below, brings this appeal after a jury verdict was decided adversely to him. The case arose out of an intersection collision in the City of Tampa. The plaintiff was driving east on Lafayette Street, a through street which has two lanes of moving traffic in each direction as well as a parking lane on each side of the street.
