The plaintiff brought this action to require the defendant bank, as an executor and the trustee under the will of the late Mabel E. Bollerer of Newington, and the individual defendants, Philomena M. Pinney and Edward A. Siering, to interplead concerning their claims to the proceeds of an insurance policy issued by the plaintiff on the life of the decedent. The court rendered judgment in favor of the defendant bank, and the other defendants have appealed...
