The complaint alleges in substance that the plaintiff Harmatz is an attorney who was retained by the parents of one Maria Natal, an infant, in connection with personal injuries sustained by said Maria in an automobile accident involving one Alex A. Alarid, who was an employee of and insured by the defendant, Allstate Insurance Company...
