Levy, trading as Towne Engineering Company, the appellant, against Leaseway System Incorporated, the appellee, for compensation based on an alleged written agreement to prepare plans and specifications for a shop and office building at 31st Street and Glenwood Ave., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
