Lina Silvestri, widow and personal representative of Dominico Silvestri, brought this action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq. to recover damages for the death of her husband which occurred in an unwitnessed accident at defendant's Brewster, Ohio, Yards on November 7, 1953. Trial by jury resulted in an award for plaintiff and Silvestri's minor children...
