This is an appeal by the defendant, Belmont Convalescent Hospital, Inc., from a judgment in the sum of $2,832.35 which the circuit court entered against it and in favor of the plaintiff, Fermine Fergison, administratrix of the estate of Mabel B. Paige, deceased. The judgment was based upon a verdict. Fermine Fergison was a daughter of the deceased. The defendant is a non-eleemosynary corporation...
