Docket No. L.A. 24936.

51 Cal.2d 610 (1959)

335 P.2d 481

THELMA E. BAUM, Appellant, v. ERNEST M. BAUM, Respondent.

Supreme Court of California. In Bank.

February 18, 1959.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ray Howard for Appellant.

Benjamin P. Riskin for Respondent.

SCHAUER, J.

[1] On inspection of the record it appears that the order in question did not merely refuse appointment of a receiver but, rather, denied plaintiff's motion seeking a charging order under the provisions of section 15028
