Jess Edwards, Inc., has perfected its appeal from an order overruling its plea of privilege to be sued in Nueces County, the county of its residence. There was no request for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, and none filed. The judgment is assailed on one point. It is: "The trial court erred in overruling appellant's plea of privilege and maintaining venue in Leon County, for the reason that such holding is contrary to the sufficient evidence...
