This bill in equity was brought to enjoin the respondents from acting under an amendment to the zoning ordinance of the town of Bristol. A preliminary injunction was denied and the cause was then heard on the complainants' prayer for a permanent injunction. At the completion of the complainants' case the respondents moved to dismiss the bill. The motion was granted and the bill was dismissed.
