Davis, sued appellee, Alex Arhelger, Jr. for damages resulting from a collision between an automobile driven by C. D. Bradford and one driven by appellee. C. D. Bradford died from injuries received in the collision, Mrs. Ruth Verlee Bradford is his surviving wife and Nancy Lee McIntyre and Mrs. Victorine Davis are his surviving adult daughters...
