The appellant, Leslie Curry Dunning, instituted this action for divorce against the appellee, Mrs. Mary Effie Dunning, on the grounds of abandonment for one year and habitual behavior for six months in such manner as to indicate a settled aversion to him and destroy permanently his peace and happiness.
