It appears that respondent, the owner, and appellant, a contractor, had entered into a contract for the construction of a building. The contract contained an arbitration provision. Appellant had completed his work and was off the job in November or December of 1957. A dispute arose between the parties, and the matter was submitted to arbitration pursuant to their contract.
