Appellants, professional employes of the Greater Conemaugh Joint School District, claimed additional compensation at the rate of $200 per annum which was denied by the joint school board. Thereupon, they took an appeal to the Superintendent of Public Instruction who affirmed the decision of the joint school board. Subsequently an appeal from the order of the Superintendent of Public Instruction was taken to this court.
