The uncontradicted portion of the evidence relative to the issues involved in this appeal discloses that the decedent had been a salaried employee of the Atlantic Company for some years until July, 1956, at which time he ceased to draw a fixed salary and became what is known as a "semipeddler". In this status he was furnished a company truck in which to make deliveries, but instead of receiving a fixed salary he simply procured ice from the Atlantic...
