This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court refusing to issue a temporary injunction enjoining Jack B. Buckley and Richard C. Cass from acting as trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Aldine Independent School District in Harris County. It is agreed that Mr. Cass was duly elected as a trustee.
