Sidney Frank, husband of Sylvia Frank, sued Trevor T. Walton, for damages for personal injuries to his wife and for property damages to his automobile, resulting from a collision wherein Walton's automobile struck a portion of Frank's car (which was being driven by Mrs. Frank) from the rear.
