Peterson, pursuant to Title 35, Section 145 of the United States Code, to authorize the defendant Commissioner of Patents to issue to plaintiff Letters Patent on certain claims in an application relating to improvements in Methods and Means for Utilizing Helical Armor Rods, Serial Number 89,986, filed April 27, 1949.
