In four counts of an information defendant was accused of selling marijuana to a minor, in violation of section 11714 of the Health and Safety Code. In count 5 he was accused of unlawfully possessing marijuana. He admitted an allegation of the information that he had been convicted previously of violating section 11500 of the Health and Safety Code, a misdemeanor. In a trial by jury he was found guilty on the five counts. His motion for a new trial...
