This is a dual appeal (with two sets of assignments of error) from two judgments in parallel actions in which the trial judge, without the intervention of a jury, awarded damages in the amount of $694.40 in favor of plaintiff (appellee) Tennille, and $633.64 in favor of plaintiff (appellee) Brown.
