This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries which the plaintiff claims to have sustained in the course of his employment by the defendant. The liability sought to be enforced is that provided by Section 65-0901 NDRC 1943 which prescribes the liability of uninsured employers for injuries to employees under the workmen's compensation law.
