Robert G. Nixon installed a Mars furnace forced-air heating system in plaintiff's residence in Harahan some time early in 1952. On October 16, 1954, Nixon sent an employee named Fred DiTrapani, a serviceman, to plaintiff's residence on a routine service call to check the heating unit for use during the then coming winter season.
