The question on this appeal is whether the plaintiff's complaint, together with the two amendments, stated a cause of action. The Trial Court sustained the defendant's demurrer and dismissed the cause when the plaintiff refused to plead further; and plaintiff has appealed. We will refer to the parties either by name, or as they were styled in the Trial Court.
