This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas. Briefly stated, a collision occurred between plaintiff's and defendant's cars on January 30, 1956, as a result of the following circumstances. It was one of those icy, slippery mornings when the temperature was hovering around freezing. The streets were wet and icy in some places.
