Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered in the Chancery Division declaring that plaintiff's title in a certain lake bed is subject to a "right and privilege" for boating, fishing and bathing of defendants George Wilson, Jr. and his wife, Edith Wilson. The judgment was entered pursuant to an opinion rendered by Judge Kolovsky disposing of a number of issues concerning rights in respect of the title to and use of said lake as between the named parties...
