Plaintiff, Harold F. Ritchie, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, has filed this suit against defendant Chesebrough-Pond's Inc., a New York corporation, alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition.

Jurisdiction is predicated on the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1114, 1121), with pendent jurisdiction of the claim of unfair competition (28 U.S.C.A. § 1338(b)).
