This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a verdict which cancelled, because of fraud, a deed that conveyed to Prock Lemaster all mineral rights which had been owned by J. W. Lemaster who died intestate. Prock Lemaster was one of nine children of J. W. Lemaster, and all the heirs of J. W. Lemaster, including descendants of his deceased children, signed the deed with the exception of one child. Both parties...
