This case is before this Court on remand from the Court of Appeals for further proceedings consistent with its opinion of September 10, 1959. Angoff v. Goldfine, 1 Cir., 270 F.2d 185. The only pleading which is directly involved is the application for fee allowances and expenses by what Judge Woodbury has called the Pomerantz group, that is the law firm of Pomerantz, Levy, and Haudek, Messrs. Angoff and Davis...
