This is a will contest. K. W. Bullion of El Dorado died on February 12, 1957. Among his effects was found the will here in question. Under the terms of this instrument, $2500 was left to the Roman Catholic bishop of Little Rock to be used for the best interest and welfare of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in El Dorado, and the balance of the estate was devised to appellee herein, M.
