Mrs. Marie Bennett Sutton filed suit against Julian T. Bennett, seeking an injunction to prohibit him from the further cutting of timber on described lands. Verdict and judgment were rendered in favor of the defendant, Julian T. Bennett. The exception here is to the judgment overruling a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and a motion for new trial. Held:
