PER CURIAM.

Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by information filed in the Municipal Court of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, with the crime of hit and run, in violation of Section 321.262, Code of Iowa, 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty, and sentenced to two days in the county jail. We find no error, and the judgment is affirmed.
