In a case of first impression, the Special Term has held legally insufficient a complaint which would relate the infant plaintiff's personal injuries from gunshot wounds inflicted by one Richard Springstead on March 12, 1957 to defendant's negligent operation of his automobile on February 6, 1950, whereby Springstead, then three years old, was struck by the automobile and caused to sustain injuries to his brain.
