The Court is called upon in this case to determine the heirs of James C. Jannino who died intestate on September 20, 1951. Lois Jannino, claiming to be his widow, applied for Letters of Administration on September 25, 1951. On October 12, 1951 she was appointed administratrix by the Probate Court of Greenville County, duly qualified and is now acting in that capacity. In November, 1954...
